Working principle of magnetic filter (strainer):
When the liquid enters the filter screen through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter screen. When the medium contains fine iron filings, it will be adsorbed on the magnetic rod sleeve, and the clean fluid is discharged through the filter screen and the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, the screw plug of the drain outlet at the bottom of the main pipe can be unscrewed to drain the fluid, the flange cover can be removed, the filter screen can be taken out for cleaning and then re installed. It can filter the rust, sand in the sewage and a small amount of solid particles in the liquid, so as to protect the fittings on the equipment pipeline from abrasion and blockage, and protect the normal operation of the equipment.
