PIG Valve Features
The Pigging Valve is an updated valve based on the structural principle of the fixed ball valve, which is modified and added with functions. It completely inherits the performance characteristics of the two-position cut-off ball valve. The opening and closing of the valve is realized by the 90-degree rotation of the ball core. When they are on the same axis, under the action of the fluid pressure in the pipeline, the pig is launched from one pig valve to another pig valve and is blocked by the fence and taken out. Pigging valves are generally used in pairs, one for launching and the other for receiving.

PIG Valve Function
1. Before the new pipeline is put into production, remove all kinds of residues in the pipeline to make the pipeline unimpeded;
2. Rust removal and anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall of the new pipeline;
3. Regular oil pipe scraping and air pipe dewatering for the pipelines that have been put into production, so as to maintain effective transportation capacity for a long time;
4. Isolation and replacement of different types of media transported in the same pipeline.
